PRS and Management
We provide both lettings and management services to PRS landlords, Investment Managers, and developers to help them achieve maximum returns on their investment. This includes white label management service so that they can build their own brand without worrying about achieving certain occupancy rates or rental levels (as that is what we do best).
With over 15 years of experience in both coliving and PRS we know exactly what works and what should be avoided. Working closely with our clients from initial acquisition we provide advice on space planning, level of finish and marketing.
Current Projects
We are working closely with our partners to launch two PRS buildings in central London (Camden and Bermondsey). Both buildings represent the highest possible level of finish throughout the 42 flats and generous communal facility across the two buildings.
With amenities ranging from a rooftop gym with views of the city, peloton and yoga studios, communal working and chill out spaces and multiple outdoor terraces - in our opinion these are two of the best developed buildings to be launched this year.
