The Story

Mrs L was keen to rent out her newly refurbished house to professional tenants who would be able to look after the property for her through out the tenancy.

After a successful viewing at the property we were really impressed with the quality of the refurbishment and the location was ideal for our corporate tenants being so close to the station.

We agreed an asking price offer with Mrs L and moved in within days.
